I'm happy you're here. I'm a creative and intuitive woman with over 20 years in a variety of self-care industries. I believe in the importance of self-care, stress relief, energetic balancing, and self-awareness. I'm grateful for the chance to witness the beauty of humanity, spirituality and how they dance together.


I am trained as a Reiki level 3 practitioner, advanced Inner-light practitioner, Meditation guide, EFT tapping practitioner, Intuitive Life Coach and Head & Soul Spa specialist. This offers us different ways to help you find relief from stress and tension, connect with peace for your body and mind, manage emotions, and align with your authentic self. 

I offer a variety of options for one-on-one or group sessions, utilizing modalities such as energy work (Reiki), meditation, intuitive readings, intuitive coaching and head spa services. We can meet in person or virtually allowing for a custom experience to fit your needs!
