Why energetic and spiritual coaching?
Thank you for sharing your time and energy with me. I am grateful to have this moment of connection.
I am Caryn, a spiritual life coach who works with modalities such as guided meditation, reiki, inner-light techniques, intuitive readings/contemplation and EFT tapping. Often people aren’t even sure what that means and why it’s beneficial. That’s why I’m here. To help you learn the why’s and how’s of it all.
Collectively these modalities encourage relief from stress, tension, anxious, depressive and dense energies. Helping us release energies that may be contributing to the illness and dis-ease within our body, fostering healing energy in support of our over all wellness. They can bring in deeper self-awareness, compassion (starting with self), forgiveness and gratitude helping us to live more fully and openly.
One way we do this is by discovering your intentions for this healing work. What are your main goals, what’s the energy behind them and how can we work together to help make them happen in your life. We then can personalize your sessions to fit with your intentions. Using meditation, energy work and intuitive awareness to help connect with a deeper understanding of what’s going on and what gets to heal.
Modalities
Energy work, or Reiki and inner-light work, is great to help us find balance within our energetic system. We all have an energy that moves through us and surrounds us. This energy can influence us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. With energy work our goal is to balance this system, fostering deep relaxation and healing intentions. This modality works well in combination with chiropractic work, before a medical procedure, supporting us through stress related health issues, major life changes as well as releasing dense energies and stuck emotions.
Guided meditation and meditation coaching is a great tool to honor our healing intentions within your day to day life. It can teach us techniques to help us calm anxious energy when it overwhelms us, reign us in when we are overwhelmed and find focus when our mind is cluttered. Guided meditations can also help us open our heart again, welcoming in healing, love, forgiveness and compassion. These meditations can be customized to fit the unique ways that work for you (I will help you explore them). When/if you’re ready we can move into meditative journeys, bringing healing on a deeper level. Meditation gets to fit into our life vs. us fitting into it. You may think you “can’t meditate” but I say we all can.
Intuitive contemplation has quickly become a client favorite. These sessions are a great way to gain clarity within our confusion and explore what’s the deeper awareness beyond our surface reactions. We get to structure these like a traditional intuitive reading where we draw a few cards and I share my impressions of the energy within yourself, your life and the situations within it. Or we can dive into a juicy contemplation conversation where we welcome not only my intuitive impressions, but also (and more importantly) your intuitive impression. Working together to connect with your inner knowing and visit what’s beyond the surface to find clarity within the mess.
Of course it’s important to know that none of this work replaces any medical or mental health care. Nor is the intention to replace any existing modalities or medical processes. Your work within these sessions is of your own free will. Taking what resonates and leaving what doesn’t, you are in control of your healing journey.
