We will be exploring a color meditation in conversation for this group event. Colors are a powerful tool in our meditation process. They can represent certain intentions, offer, healing for our chakras and help build or awareness within. Caryn will offer the guided meditation as well as a few tips for support. After the meditation, you can stay to share in a conversation about our experiences, and what they could mean for us. Now meditation experience necessary.
