So often we feel there is either good or bad, light or dark, happy or sad. Often feeling we have to solve the problems before we get to the good. In this notion of one or the other we can get stuck feeling the other is always out of reach. However when we embrace the duality within our life we are able to be more authentic, finding forgiveness, wholeness and possibility within our life.
Within this healing circle working with contemplation, intuitive awareness and meditation we will embrace our duality. Exploring the AND within our energy. Creating space for us to be aware of what we may be struggling with as well as connecting with what we have enjoyed, loved or received in a good way and offering love and light to all they things!
